ArcelorMittal Europe raised the price of hot-rolled coil (HRC) by EUR 30/ton to EUR 660 with EXW delivery, following a EUR 20 increase in December. Delivery times were extended until April due to full order capacity.

The company expects higher demand in 2025, with increased apparent demand in fiscal 2025 compared to 2024. Low inventory levels, particularly in Europe, are expected to drive restocking and support real demand recovery.

ArcelorMittal Europe's decision reflects confidence in the European steel market. Longer delivery times and higher market prices indicate that the current demand has outpaced supply.
