According to statistics from the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), in the middle of May, the daily average pig iron production of China's key steel enterprises totaled about 1.98 million tons, increasing by 2.18% from early May.

At the same time, the daily average crude steel and steel products output of China's key steel enterprises totaled about 2.21 million tons and 2.12 million tons, which increased by 0.81% and grew by 4.75% compared to early May, respectively. Meanwhile, the steel product inventories of China's key steel enterprises totaled about 16.83 million, increasing by 3.36% from early May.
