Taiwan’s AD measure on cold-rolled stainless steel from China, South Korea to expire in Aug

According to a notice from Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance on January 19, 2024, regarding the anti-dumping (AD) measure implemented on stainless steel cold-rolled steel flat-rolled products from China and South Korea, the domestic interested parties should apply to the Ministry within one month from the day after the announcement if they think it is necessary to continue to impose the duties.

This levy was continued after a sunset review concluded on August 29, 2019, with a validity of five years, and it will expire on August 28, 2024.

The products involved are SUS series flat-rolled products of stainless steel, cold-rolled, whether in coils or sheets, under HS codes 7219.32.9011, 7219.32.9012, 7219.32.9019, 7219.33.9011, 7219.33.9012, 7219.33.9019, 7219.34.9011, 7219.34.9012, 7219.34.9019, 7219.35.9011, 7219.35.9012, 7219.35.9019, 7220.20.9011, 7220.20.9012, and 7220.20.9019.
