According to the final result of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that certain Taiwan’s producers/exporters of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils, subject merchandise of this administrative review, made sales at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

As a result, a weighted average dumping margin of 21.10% was assigned to Lien Kuo Metal Industrial Co., Ltd., S-More Steel Materials Co., Ltd., and 55 companies not selected for individual examinations.

However, the USDOC found that Yieh Mau Corporation (Yieh Mau), Yuen Chang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (Yuen Chang), Yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Yieh Phui), and Yieh United Steel Corporation (Yusco) didn’t make shipments of subject goods in the US market during the period of review.

This announcement took effect on January 8, 2024.
