On September 22, 2023, the Mexican Ministry of Economy (SE) announced the launch of the fourth anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on ferrosilicomanganese originating in Ukraine, regardless of the country of origin, following an application submitted by domestic company Compañía Minera Autlán, with a proposed review period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

At the same time, SE also decided to initiate an independent interim review investigation on the subject products.

The product involved is under HS code 7202.30.01.

The period of investigation was from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, and the injury investigation period was from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023.

The existing AD measure will remain in force during the investigation.
