US makes preliminary AD ruling on South Korea’s forged steel fittings

26 Sep 2023 16:33 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
According to the preliminary results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Samyoung Fitting Co., Ltd., the sole producer/exporter of forged steel fittings subject to this administrative review sold its products at prices lower than the normal value during the period of review from December 1, 2021 to November 30, 2022.

As a result, the preliminary weighted average dumping margin for Samyoung Fitting was set at 2.67%.

If Samyoung's final dumping margin is not zero or de minimis (less than 0.5 percent), an importer-specific AD duty rate will be imposed on appropriate entries.
