Petrol Raccord, a manufacturer of pipes and butt weld fittings, announced the exit of Petrol Raccord and ceded it to Allied Group.

The strategic decision to exit the powerGen application maintains the business model of Raccortubi Group, which will continue providing a wide range of piping solutions for a wide range of key applications from stock and integrated production of butt weld fittings. Besides, the move to exit the powerGen niche strengthens Raccortubi Group’s commitment to the energy transition.

Raccortubi Group now plans to reinforce its core business as a manufacturer, stockiest, and distributor of special alloys, investing more in its Tecninox srl for the production of butt weld fittings.
