Argentina files dispute with WTO over US OCTG anti-dumping duties

29 May 2023 14:20 reported by Ana Lee

A A A
Argentina has asked WTO to negotiate a dispute with the United States regarding certain US anti-dumping measures on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Argentina.

Argentina indicated that the US anti-dumping measures are inconsistent with a number of provisions of the WTO's Anti-Dumping Agreement and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994.

If the dispute can't be solved after 60 days, the complainant may request adjudication by a panel.
