US continues AD duty on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from 3 countries

According to the final result of the expedited fourth sunset review of the anti-dumping duty orders on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) ruled that the revocation of the existing AD duty orders on subject goods from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at levels from 7.51% to 33.81%.

The weighted-average dumping margin for Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines was set at 26.59%, 7.51%, and 33.81%, respectively.

This determination was applicable from March 7, 2023.
