A A A
In the week ending on November 24, the stainless steel crude steel output from China’s 33 stainless steel mills dropped by 9.13% week on week to about 596,000 tons.

Among them, the output of 200 series decreased by 5.87% from the previous week to around 198,000 tons. Meanwhile, the production of 300 series (about 308,000 tons) and 400 series (91,000 tons) dropped by 11.58% and 7.41% week on week, respectively.

In 2022, China's demand for stainless steel was low because of the economic recession and the Covid-19 epidemic. China’s stainless steel market was expected to face more challenges in the future.
