EU launches AD investigation on China’s stainless steel refillable kegs

On May 13, 2022, the European Commission gave a notice that it has initiated an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on stainless steel refillable kegs originating in China, following a request submitted by the European Kegs Committee on March 31, 2022.

The period of investigation was from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the injury assessment period was from January 1, 2018 to the end of the investigation period.

The products involved are classified under CN codes ex 7310 10 00 and ex 7310 29 90 (TARIC codes 7310 10 00 10 and 7310 29 90 10).
