According to report, Tenaris S.A, a leading supplier of tubes and related services for the energy industry and certain other industrial applications in the world, said that the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has finished the investigation of Tenaris’s plan of acquisition of IPSCO Tubulars Inc from the Russian manufacturer of steel pipe, PAO TMK.

The proposal was sent into Stock Purchase Agreement on March 22th, 2019 between a whole owned subsidiary of Tenaris and PAO TMK. Tenaris hoped to consummate the transaction soon.

Tenaris was one of leading global supplier of steel tubes and has related services for energy industry and other industrial applications.
