Tsingshan India's stainless steel production line integrated test running

Tsingshan Holding Group's stainless steel production line in India of phase one with the construction of 600,000 tons of cold rolling plant was in the final stage. The cold rolling line with a length of 792 meters was ran an integrated test.

The project would be built in three phases. An investment of US$150 million would be used in the first phase to build a 600,000-ton stainless steel cold rolling mill. In the second phase, 3 million tons of stainless steel hot rolling and smelting plant would be built. In the last phase, 1.4 million tons of stainless steel cold rolling mill would be set up.

The total investment for this project would cost around US$1.7 billion, and it would take 5-6 years to complete.
