During January-August this year, Venezuela’s Sidor produced 804,000 tons of steel. Meanwhile, the company’s August steel production decreased 33.8% month on month to 79,191 tons.

In addition, the company is expected to produce 1.2 million tons of steel in 2015, while the company’s average monthly steel output was 358,916 tons in 2007.
