The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) completed a five-year review of anti-dumping duty on China’ silicon metal on June 5th.

The US made the anti-dumping duty reviews on China’ silicon metal (99.99%>silicon>96%) on February 16th, 2001, December 21st, 2006 and April 20th, 2012, respectively. However, the duty has not been canceled.

In addition, the US was doing the investigation of anti-dumping duty on the silicon metal imports from Australia, Brazil, Kazakhstan and Norway.
