According to the preliminary results of anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Vietnam were being sold at prices lower than fair value in the US market during the period of review from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020.

The weighted-average margin for SeAH Steel VINA Corporation was set at 4.67%, learned from the preliminary results of the review.

The AD administrative review was initiated by the USDOC on October 30, 2020, covering SeAH Steel VINA and its US affiliate Pusan Pipe America, Inc., later of which is an importer of SeAH VINA’s OCTG shipments into the US during the period of review.
