The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) is amending its preliminary affirmative determination in the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation on certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Vietnam to correct for significant ministerial errors, covering the investigation period from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

After correcting the significant ministerial errors, the weighted average dumping margin is revised to 132.10% for Hoa Sen Group, 51.64% for Ton Dong A Corporation, and 91.87% for China Steel And Nippon Steel Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Hoa Phat Steel Sheet Limited Liability Company, Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company, Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company, Pomina Flat Steel Joint Stock Company, Sam Hwan Vina Co., Ltd., Southern Steel Sheet Co., Ltd., Tay Nam Steel Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd., TVP Steel Trading Joint Stock Company, and Viet Phap Steel Corrugated Joint Stock Company. The dumping margin is 178.89% and the cash deposit rate is 136.57% to the Vietnam-wide entity.
