After exports steel scrap prices fell sharply in February, United States scrap prices are expected to decline about US$25~40/tons. United Sates scarp market demand remained weak, but dealers to prices flat.

Meanwhile, some dealers have held stocks in some area, after domestic demand continues downward trend. But scrap dealers said that prices will remain stable compared with January.
