Metinvest Group, a vertically integrated group of steel and mining companies in Ukraine, announced that it would invest and acquire 24.99% coal assets with Donetsksteel Group, and it was expected to gain additional long-term high-grade coal supply.

Among them, those assets included mills from Pokrovskoye Mine Group and Sviato-Varvarinska Enrichment belonged to Donetsksteel Group to become the largest manufacturer on exploiting mining and operating sales with US$190 million worth in Dnipro and Donetsk.
