The main reasons are that mills want to supplement inventory and the steel orders from Egypt and United Arab Emirates increased. It is expected that mills will be going on to purchase scrap, but might not be as much as last week.

Now American H1&H2 scrap price is prevailing at US$250/ton CFR, and Russian A3 scrap price is at US$250/ton CFR.
