Germany’s ThyssenKrupp and Japan’s JFE Steel might open a joint operations base in Brazil and North America. Ulrich Middelmann, Vice Chairman of Germany’s major steelmaker ThyssenKrupp announced they are considering to operate Brazil and North America’s production base together with Japan’s major steel maker JFE Steel. ThyssenKrupp and JFE Steel are going to enhance business relationship for getting market of automobile steel sheets. (Oct. 5)
