Tenaris announced that the company acquired 40% stake in Pipe Coaster Nigeria, the Nigerian leading pipe company in Onne Oil & Gas Free Zone.

Pipe Coaster Nigeria offers wild range of products such as internal, anticorrosion, concrete and thermal insulation coating for deep water applications.

This partnership combines Tenaris’s industrial know-how and technical capability with Pipe Coaster Nigeria’s proven expertise to provide oil and gas companies.

In the background, Tenaris with over 30 years of supplying pipe to local industries. The company opened the first representative office in Port Harcourt in 1998 and established the first manufacturing operation in 2004.
