SMS Demag AG, Dusseldorf, Germany gets order for steel equipment. SMS Demag wins orders from China, India and Brazil. The equipment contracts include pickling line, furnace equipments. For example, Brazil's Companhia Siderurgica de Tubarao has given SMS Demag a contract for supplying 3 new torpedo ladle cars. The cars will be used to transport hot metal. Meelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd, Orissa, India has also ordered an oxygen furnace melt shop with converter.(Dec. 28)
