Schmolz and Bickenbach AG, a Swiss company engaged in the steel sector announced its Q1 financial result.

In the first quarter of this year, the company realized sales revenue of €1,027 million, rising by 11.4% from €922.2 million in a quarter earlier. Also, the EBITDA surged by 53.2% from quarter earlier to reach €73.1 million.

In the given period time, the company’s EBITDA margin soared to 7.1% from 5.2% in the previous quarter.
