Russia’s copper exports totaled 110,200 tons during January to March, soaring from 50,000 tons in the same time last year.

Total export value generated by copper reached US$638.6 million in the first three months, increasing from 349 million in the same period of last year.

During the given period, Russia exported 52,700 tons of nickel with total amount of US$746 million. The country’s aluminum exports totaled 911,300 tons with amount value of US$1.85 billion.

The exports of copper, nickel and aluminum were all shipped to outside of Commonwealth of Independent States countries.
