American NCI Building Systems Inc. expects to finalize the agreement for the acquisition of Robertson- Ceco in a US$370 million deal in early April. Robertson-Ceco is one of largest metal building operations in USA with revenue about US$430 million in 2005 includes the Robertson Building Systems, Ceco Building Systems, Star Building System and Steelspec divisions. NCI has strong position to supply metal buildings, roof and wall systems and metal coil coating from 42 operating facilities in USA and Canada and one in Mexico accordingly. (Feb. 23)
