India’s Shapoorji Pallonji & Co and JV Global from Australia will join forces to build a steel roll forming facility in India. This comes after Shapoorji Pallonji’s board of directors approved the joint venture. JV Global will provide CNC roll forming technology and the company will also offer technical assistance. JV Global has already established ventures in the Middle East and China. Both companies are looking forward to the mutual partnership. Shapoorji Pallonji is a Mumbai based service center and builder.
