According to Japan's Ministry of finance statistics data showed that Japan’s stainless steel scrap exports total of 18,715 tons in July of this year, down 16.7% month on month. During January-July, Japan exported total of 123,062 tons of stainless steel.

In July, Japan’s stainless steel scrap export countries included Korea 11,615 tons, an increase of 5.8% month on month; Taiwan 5207 tons, an increase of 11.3% month on month; Thailand 1144 tons, down 35.4% month on month, respectively.
