Italy-based Trafilix has started to use Danieli SpA's new drawing machine with a high-speed chain track and a traction capacity of five tons, designed for the production of round, square, and hexagonal bars, ensuring high performance.

The machine ensures excellent surface quality, high drawing speed (up to 200 m/min for ferrous metal materials), high operating efficiency, and precise process control.

The automation system was developed by Nisva Srl, part of the Lucefin Group. Since 1979, Trafilix has cooperated with Danieli and has introduced six combined drawing machines, five straightening and reeling machines, and five straightening machines for square and flat bars.
