It was reported that Indonesian Tsingshan Stainless Steel played a more and more important role in the Asian market. Indonesian stainless steel exports kept growing, and it not only attracted more Chinese investors, also might be a potential threat for Chinese dominance of the Asian market.

Indonesia Tsingshan Stainless Steel was opened by Chinese stainless steel giant Tsingshan Holding Group in 2016 and soon will be joined by Southeast Asian stainless mills.

Jindal Stainless India also owned a manufacturer in Indonesia with a monthly cold-rolled production volume more than 10,000 tons.
