Market analysts predicted that Taiwanese Hai Kwang’s Q2 sales earnings might drop from the Q1, affected by the company’s 30% production cut in coming raining season and the power limitation period.

Also, the current weak demand in domestic market and the falling rebar prices will cause Hai Kwang's sales earning to drop in the Q2.

It’s known that the increased shipping volume and the raised rebar prices pushed up Hai Kwang's Q1 sales, which was much better than that in the same period of 2010.

However, market analysts still sees the positive outlook for Hai Kwang's total sales revenue in 2011, which is estimated to grow by 10%.
