The international lead and zinc study group (ILZSG) latest report showed in November 2015, the global zinc market supply gap was ,27400 tons. During the first eleven months of 2015, the global zinc market oversupply was 176,000 tons, compared to the shortage of 244,000 tons in the same period a year ago.

In November, producer inventories were 410,500 tons, an increase of 2% month on month, while consumer stocks were 161,400 tons, an increase of 2% month on month.
