According to the worsening epidemic in China plus the USD to walk strong, the crude oil prices dropped to a three-week new low on July 9th.

Among them, the crude oil price on the New York Mercantile Exchange showed US$66.48/barrel, decreased by 2.6% in a trading day; crude oil futures price for October also dropped by 2.4% from the previous trading day, came to US$69.04/barrel.

By some of the views from the market analytics, the epidemic influenced the economic growth speed in Asia, which might further hit the demand for crude oil, plus the strong USD by the huge economic resuming power in the US, both pressured the crude oil prices.
