Germany will revise its draft law and withdraw its target to reach carbon neutral in 2035, restarting coal-fired power plants.

Germany was originally setting an important climate goal for neutralizing greenhouse gas emissions, which was intended to realize the development of the energy industry before 2035. However, Germany's Senate approved a new energy bill, with renewable energy expansion targets, plans to import natural gas and coal, and fuel generator sets expected to return to the electricity market.

Considering the impact of the war, Germany tried to reduce imports to Russia with this project, which supports the domestic energy market.
