Outokumpu recently revealed, the company will continue to reduce debt through a series of divestment plans. The company has signed an agreement to sell its Mexico stainless steel tube joint venture shares.

Outokumpu said the deal will reduce the company's net debt by about €50 million (approximately US $ 55 million), the debt ratio fell by about 4%.
