Last week, CIS’s pig iron export prices continues to upward trend, because of the increasing scrap and iron ore prices in worldwide, to support pig iron prices go up.

Two weeks ago, CIS’s pig iron export prices were at USD240-260/ton FOB while it has increased by USD40/ton, reaching USD285-300/ton FOB.

Meanwhile, one of Turkish steel producer purchased pig iron prices were at USD270/ton CFR from Ukraine before the price lift.
