China Rizhao Steel has announced to adjust steel prices. The prices of high speed wire and rebar has remained unchanged; that of 6.5mm high speed wire was at RMB4, 323/ton (US$649/ton); that of HRB400 rebar with 16mm~25mm was at RMB4,313/ton (US$647/ton) for Shandong and Shanghai market.

Besides, the prices of wire rod and steel section have increased by RMB60/ton (US$9/ton) and RMB50/ton (US$8/ton) respectively. The current price for HRB400 with diameter 8mm for Shandong market was about RMB4, 643/ton (US$697/ton) while that for Shanghai market was about RMB4, 503/ton (US$676/ton).

Moreover, the prices of hot rolled coil (HRC) have increased as well. The current price of Q235 HRC with 4.75mm for Shanghai market was about RMB4, 263/ton (US$640/ton) while that for Shandong market was about RMB4, 293/ton (US$644/ton).

The prices of other hot rolled materials such as low alloy steel coil, check plate and SPHC have also increased about RMB50~130/ton (US$8~US$20/ton). The current prices of SPHC 3.0mm was about RMB4, 423/ton (US$664/ton).
