The domestic and oversea price difference pushed China's steel export to raise by a large range, and the net export of crude steel was 30.64 million tons in the first half year, increasing by 180 percent than the same time of last year.

In addition, the export increase stimulates steel output to increase rapidly, China's Iron and Steel Association (CISA) forecasts crude steel output to reach 550 billion from 510 billion tons this year.

According to statistics from CISA, China's average monthly output of crude steel was 1.20 million tons from January to March this year, and monthly output of crude steel kept at 1.30 million tons from April to August.

It is estimated that the monthly crude steel production mill will be more than 1.4 million tons from September to December.
