Australian Cape Lambert Iron Ore Ltd announced an agreement that they will invest US$45 million to Marampa Iron Ore Project, a subsidiary of African Minerals Limited.

Cape Lambert will buy Marampa’s iron ore project in Sierra Leone, West Africa by stocks and cash. Marampa has metallurgical processing for producing a high grade iron ore. This investment can help Cape Lambert to complete its vision of iron ore mining.
