Bulgaria’s Stomana Industry announced that they will be adding a new long products line. Stomana, located in Pernik, Bulgaria is one of the country’s top 3 steel makers. Promet steel and Kremikovtzi are the other 2 companies making up the top 3. The facility will make use of Danielli technology and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. The new line will have an annual; capacity of 800, 000 tons of reinforced concrete and steel products per year. (Mar. 13)
