British Steel, the British steel company, announced that it had completed a takeover of Fnsteel in The Netherlands.

According to the company's statement, the acquisition would increase the current production capacity, as Fnsteel has produced different wire rods for its steel mills in the UK Scunthorpe, improving and enhancing of its value and customer service.

Meanwhile, British Steel also said the company owned a railway plant in Hayange, France, and has opened a railway logistics center in Italy earlier this year and so on.
