On July 27, 2021, Brazil’s Executive Management Committee (Gecex) of the Chamber of Foreign Trade (Camex) announced that it has made an affirmative final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) on seamless alloy steel cylinders originating in China, deciding to impose a five-year AD duty on the subject goods.

According to the ruling, the AD duty rate for Hengyang Jinhua High Pressure Container was set at zero, the rate for Anhui Clean Power Energy was at US$3.51/unit, and both Sinoma Science & Technology and Sinoma Science & Technology received US$14.32/unit. Zhejiang Tianen Pressure Vessel and other Chinese producers and exporters were assigned US$64.41/unit.

The products involved are under 73110.00.00 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM). This measure came into force from the date of the publication.
