US maintains AD duty order on stainless steel wire rods from 3 countries

17 Feb 2022 14:43 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
According to a notice from the US International Trade Commission (USITC), as a result of a five-year review, the revocation of the current anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on stainless steel wire rods from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. Therefore, the AD duty measure will remain in place.

This sunset review was initiated on July 1, 2021, and the expedited reviews were determined to be conducted on October 4, 2021.
