According to the US Department of Commerce (USDOC)’s affirmative final determination of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigation on forged steel fittings from India and South Korea, the two countries were found that they have sold the subject goods at prices lower than fair value in the US.

The dumping margin of South Korea was found at 17.08-198.38%, and India was subject to a margin of 0-293.4%. Besides, India was found that it has received countervailable subsidies at a rate of 2.64-300.77%.

The petitioners of this case are Bonney Forge Corporation and the United Steelworkers (USW).

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) scheduled to announce the final determination on or about November 27, 2020.
