US raises final AD duty rate on carbon steel standard pipe imports from Turkey

21 Jan 2020 16:01 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that certain Turkish steel pipe producers sold their welded carbon steel standard pipes at prices lower than fair value in the US market during the review period from May 1st, 2017 to April 30th, 2018.

According to the determination, the final weighted-average dumping margin for Borusan Mannesmann, Kale Baglanti Teknolojileri, Noksel Çelik Boru Sanayi and Çınar Boru was raised to 9.99%, higher than the previous final dumping rate of 2.55%.

Besides, Toscelik Profil got zero dumping duty since it didn’t have any shipment during the period of review, which was the same as the previous judgment.
