US stainless imports reduce in first 2 months

According to US Customs data, Mexico was the only country to sell its stainless products to US with an increased volume in February.

US stainless imports from Mexico was totaled 12,100 tons in February compared to 9,500 tons in January, rose by 27 percent, although the total stainless imported volume dropped by 5 percent.

All other countries have decreased their stainless exports to US during this period.
