Taiwan's stainless steel mills forecasted to adopt individual negotiation method for Jul prices

Taiwan's leading stainless steel mills will announce the new prices for July this week. LME nickel futures and spot prices remained at around US$17,000/ton, and the transaction market was also quiet.

As a result, it is expected that mills might maintain an individual negotiation method for July prices to customers. The exports to the EU are not as strong as in previous months. Due to the coming summer holidays, the demand might remain low until customers return.
