Yusco to adopt individual negotiation for Jun prices

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), a leading stainless steel mill in Taiwan, maintained an individual negotiation method for June prices to customers. Yusco said that considering that raw material costs, electricity prices, exchange rates, and other factors are higher than last month's prices, it decided to negotiate with customers to meet their different needs.

Although Yusco didn't declare specific prices, market participants said that the prices actually rise, of which 304 and 430 products will increase by NT$2,000/ton and NT$1,000/ton, respectively. In addition, the surcharge of 316L products will go up by NT$1,500/ton.
