Dainan, one of the famous stainless steel town in China. It was reported that the environmental protection bureau of Danan town, Jiangsu province carried out rectification inspection and closure of the whole town stainless steel rolling enterprises on October 20th. The action taking was aiming to push forward the rectification work of regional restriction and approval and push forward the special rectification action.

At present, the 31 rolling enterprises that belonged to elimination and reorganization have been closed down. After further investigation, the closed rolling enterprises mainly focused on small rolling mills for profile production, which had a certain impact on profile production.

According to the rectification requirements, the construction of coal to gas, waste water recycling and safety standardization has been carried out, and some enterprises have been rectified in place, while others were in rectification, which was expected to end in one month.
