ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia and Industeel Belgium have completed the acquisition of a 70.38% share of Centro Servizi Metalli S.p.A. (CSM), a leader in the processing and distribution of stainless steels quarto plates and nickel alloys in Italy.

ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia acquired 42.39% of CSM’s share and Industeel Belgium acquired 27.99%.

According to the statement from ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione, the acquisition would provide the opportunities to the earthmoving, offshore, oil and natural gas industries for itself and Industeel Belgium.

The European Commission has approved the acquisition in March.
